First broadcast in 1997, this three part chilling documentary examined allegations made by a man named as Edward, that videos have been made in Amsterdam in which young boys are sexually abused, tortured and killed. Based on original research by Nick Davies and Melanie McFadeyan, the film confronts the men who trade in illegal videos, investigates the recruitment of young boys, and talks to the victims and relatives.

Edward moved from Birmingham to Amsterdam in the late 1980s and had met a number of different pedophiles while in Amsterdam, including convicted pedophile Warwick Spinks, who was one of a number of British men involved in making and distributing illegal tapes. Spinks used to work in a brothel called "The Gay Palace" in Amsterdam where he was effectively acting as a pimp.

This film disclosed the activities of Warwick Spinks, Harry Jeffries, Peter Howells and others. The sexual abuse of children is a special crime, not simply because of the damage it does to its victims, nor even because of the anger and fear it provokes in communities, but more particularly because it is so easy–easy to commit, easy to get away with. THIS HAS TO STOP.
