The couples include Lisa and Carl, who met on a dating site for fat admirers, Kath and Donna, who met on an internet site for cross-dressers, Mike and Belle, who found each other on a chat room, Elsa and Jesse, who fell in love despite the distance and Jesse's imprisonment, Richard and Tina, who have a significant age difference, and others.
